Don’t use FNB l!!! THEY ARE *****!!!

Useless service, I took out an account online and they told me everything will be sorted as soon as I get the card. I received the card and tried to activate it online and it told me a profile does not exist. I called in and was told to go to an atm to activate the card but I can’t do anything as the card is not activated and that was the atm said. I called in again and got a rude consultant (Petunia) and was rudely told she won’t assist me as I must go into the branch to verify my identity. The entire reason I took out the account online was to avoid going to the branch due to covid and the fact that I work long hours and can’t get to the branch as I only knock off at 5. I really wish I could go back in time and not take out this account with this useless bank. I’m gonna stick with Standard bank because the service I got is **********.
