Don't use FNB
My client is a deceased estate; The estate part-owned a property which was bonded to secure an overdraft on a current account. I have not been able to get anyone at FNB to address the issue as to whether the bond could be extended in favour of the co-owner or cancelled.I complained to head office a month ago with absolutely no result. I do not believe that the FNB system functions properly as those who are charged with execution simply don't know what they are doing.

06 Nov 2024, 11:55This is probably the fourth time that you have sent me such a logged complaint but the result has been nil. The fact is I cannot find a competent individual to speak to who will give me a cogent response to an issue that was created primarily by FNB negligence.
