DON'T USE FNB EVER!

I wish you could add half a star as a rating, as FNB deserves half a star.

After being stuck in Dubai for a couple of months, my business card was stopped from being able to make online purchases. I spend 5 days on the phone, trying to fix this I went through countless call agents, having 30% of them drop my call as soon as I asked to speak to a manager. I am now on day 10 of this process, and still no luck! My business account can still not make any online payments, and FNB can't seem to get there staff in order to provide proper customer services or experience in fixing this problem.

Please if you are thing about using FNB for your personal use, or business think again!
