Dont use FNB Credit Card service

FNB Credit card facility is an absolute joke, ive been a long standing credit card holder and last year was able to settle my entire credit card, which was a big balance, in one go. I then went on assuming everything is ok as i embarked on a journey of settling debt and getting a healthy credit record, ive been doing well and couldnt figure out why my record is not climbing faster, only to find out that the credit card that i settled in last year October is still reflecting as open on my credit report and showing missed payments for over a year, as it was not closed after i settled it, to make matters worse, ive been calling and trying to contact them as i work full time and cannot go into a branch and they close by the time i leave work. The calls are continuously dropped and FNB called me yesterday, dialled my number three times and let it ring for 2-3 seconds, then dropping, not even allowing me an opportunity to answer so i can get this sorted, and all the while my credit card still reflects as open even though its been settled a year ago, and my credit record is still plummiting and i dont even know what to do anymore, they are quick to contact when they want money, but couldn't close my account properly and notify experian, which according to clear scores feedback, was their duty to do.
