Don't use FNB Connect! They have no clue about TCF

I am seriously unimpressed and disgusted with the service from FNB Connect. I cancelled a SIM card that I had and never used. I have been informed that I will still be charged for the service on a debit order going through on 1 February. How on earth is this fair or correct? How is this treating the customer fairly? Cancel my other sim card as well. I will pay the debit on 1 February, and that is the last payment FNB Connect will ever see from me. I am in the throes of buying a tablet, now it will be through any other mobile operator, not FNB Connect. I am about to upgrade my main number, and was going to port this. This will now not happen. Over a mere R85 you have potentially lost a whole lot more. I hope it was worth it.
