Don't use FNB car renewal on the App!

I have done my car renewal through the FNB app, and have been waiting over a month now for any sort of reply... I have paid, and I completely get ignored. I have lodged 3 complaints with no response, and I have phoned and was told my licence was escalated to "urgent". Obviously complete lies as in still waiting...I go away on holiday this week, and don't have a valid licence as mine had now expired with all this waiting.
