DON'T USE FNB BANK FOR BRINGING IN FOREIGN CURRENCY FROM EUROPE

Once again FNB is hanging on to my Forex money from the UK. The money was transferred last Friday 26 May and guaranteed by my UK bank to be paid into my SA account same day. Here we are Tuesday 30 May midday and nothing from FNB Forex. All I received last time I complained was a load of lies from their Forex Department.
