Don't trust that they will do what they say they will

Requested FNB related debit orders - credit card, credit life, overdraft interest etc to be moved to the 1st as I have changed jobs and new payment date is only last day of the month. Despite confirming that same has been moved by consultant the debit orders went off today. I moved some funds to be able to pay for food and petrol till payday. All gone due to these debit orders. Return my funds and run on the 1st as per request and confirmation!
