Dont trust FNB Back

I honestly can believe a company as fnb can lie to there clients to make money am a new home owner ,my bond is approved by fnb ,after a well one of the consultants call me and promise me if i move over to FNB he will give me a good discount on my interest,all sound good and will ,i move over to fnb bank just to find out there is no discount on the interest rate on my bond ,i had to call in and fix it but yet the discount they give me now is stupidity and don't come close to what i was promise ,it cost me more money to have a fnb banking bank account on my monthly fee then the discount on the interest rate on my bond, trust me it not what they promise , on top of that i have a new fnb credit card and i cant believe they change me twice on the account and not what the consultant promise me how can you pay two times for one thing , if i dont get feedback from you guys am waiting now for over a mth for a response from fnb ,i will take you guys to the ombudsman .
