Don't trust FNB

Useless, I was just informed that this week I'm going to change banks due to that FNB can't adhere to the information they provide regarding ones credit card. I was told telephonically by the agent regarding a agreement that if needed I can use the funds in the budget facility. Like normal this was not true, I CAN'T USE THOSE FUNDS. So I have a new job and time for a change and a new bank that really wants my money and me as a customer without all the BULL!!!
