**DONT TRUST FNB***

I paid up my FNB credit card and called Retention's to close it and they convinced me to not close on a condition that i will not pay my monthly service fees six months - i was promised this will be effective from October 2015. Yet i was still billed service fee but did not make an issue out of it and went to make a payment. I've called the retention's team for over five times and i never get assisted. I now want my credit card closed and i want nothing to do with FNB ever again. They have just taken away my trust for them and i will ensure i spread the word to many others - this is very disappointing!!! The least that the retention's team can do is to keep me updated and not tell me every time i call they will get back to me when they know damn well they wont. Disappointing coming from such a big organisation.
