Don't trust any of the positive reviews. They are all **** reviews probably paid by fnb staff

Made 3 complaints, was called saying that my complaint will be escalated to the resolution center yet no one got back to me and nothing is resolved. It's disgusting that you hold onto peoples money and still charge them bank fees. If you guys don't sort this out I will escalate this issue myself.
