Don't take building insurance with FNB a complete **** and unprofessional

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by First National Bank regarding the handling of my home insurance claim. This is the second time I have encountered issues with a leaking toilet, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

During my initial claim, the process was frustratingly inefficient and poorly managed. Regrettably, I am now facing the same issue with my toilet leaking again, rendering it unusable and causing significant flooding in my bathroom.

Here are the specific issues I have encountered:

1. ************* Agents**: The agents I have dealt with have demonstrated a lack of competence in handling my claim effectively.

2. **Lack of Communication**: There has been a persistent lack of communication from the assigned agent, leaving me in the dark about the progress and next steps of my claim.

3. **No Communication with Plumbers**: It appears that the agent did not communicate adequately with the plumbers, resulting in delays and further inconvenience.

4. **Incorrect Information About Coverage**: Despite my policy clearly stating that it covers the "leaking, bursting or overflowing of water systems," including toilets, geysers, solar water heating systems, boilers, water supply tanks, cisterns, and pressurized water pipes forming a permanent part of the building, I was incorrectly informed that I am not covered for this issue. The relevant section of my policy states: "This includes geysers, solar water heating systems and boilers, water supply tanks, cisterns, and pressurized water pipes forming a permanent part of the building. Either the repair of part/s of the unit or replace the entire unit as deemed necessary by our assessors/contractors. The tracing of pressurized water pipe leaks and pipe repair up to the amount stated in the Policy Schedule per claim. The loss or damage caused to your building by the leaking, bursting or overflowing of the above-mentioned water apparatuses."

The handling of my claim has been both disappointing and unacceptable. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that the necessary repairs are made to prevent further damage and inconvenience.

I hope this matter will be addressed promptly and efficiently. Should this issue persist, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter further.

Sincerely,
