Don’t take a life cover with fnb

Fnb life cover claims are ******,my cousin passed on in February 2021 but till today they’re saying they’re working on the claim and investigating I wouldn’t advise anyone to take a life cover with them...they don’t call you and advise how far they are with the claim but you have to phone them with your own airtime I have a R2m life cover with them and it’s clear this will happen to my family when I’m gonna and no one will fight for them
