Don't sign up for their FNB Connect

I have still not received any response regarding why FNB Connect stole money from my mother's account. They requested her information via email, which I have provided and attempted to call me once, which I was unable to answer as I was not available at that time to take the call. I then received a response via email the following day stating that I did not answer (after 1 attempt) and they will resolve the ticket. Poor service from FNB as a whole and the FNB Connect Team. I am not going to leave it like this. How many other pensioners are you *****ing from?
