Don't require FNB insurance for personal loan

Attached is a copy of my own insurance policy. When taking the personal loan I did not want the CPP insurance because I have my own insurance. I have sent you a copy of this policy as requested on the 22 December 2020. Please cancel the CPP insurance on my personal loan account number ***, and please credit my personal loan account number *** with the R557.46 which was deducted on the 25 January 2021 from my First National Bank Cheque account. Please cancel the CPP insurance with immediate effect I have my own insurance which is attached to this email. By the looks of it the only time you get action by the First National Bank is when you leave a review on Hellopeter and send them a letter of demand from the attorneys.
