Dont renew your license on the fnb app

I renewed my car license on the fnb app on the 8th. Until today I never received it. I did get a tracking number from skynet, each time I check it shows out for delivery but never received it. I tried to call skynet, sent whatsapps, sent emails and even tried facebook. I am not getting any feedback. Since I renewed my license on the fnb app, I expect them to get my delivery sorted asap. This is ridiculous.
