Don't renew your License disk on APP

I have renewed my license disk before on the FNB App and it was a great experience, I then renewed another license disk on the FNB App on the 7th of August 2023 what a nightmare.... up to now I don't have my disk I phoned FNB various times still no satisfaction. Courier IT came to deliver the license today 29th of September 2023 without letting me know that they are coming via message or phone call the security guards where I stay phoned me to let me know that they are there, and I was about 1 minute away I told them to please ask them to wait for me the response was sorry we can't do that....and they left. I still don't have the license disk worse service ever. No one phones or emails to let you know what is happening.
