dont qualify for ebucks

<p>i recently joined fnb private banking. i was on premier banking for a while. when i joined private banking i was advised that i would earn more ebucks if i have a credit card and use it for swipes and things. i didnt want a credit card cos i was on debt review and didnt want that kind of drama, but i took it with a very small credit limit. so far so good</p> <p>now all of a sudden i get a notification saying that i dont qualify for ebucks, and i have sent several emails and made alot of calls with no proper explanation. i used to earn ebucks when i was on debt review i dont see why i wont when im out of it and my credit rating is great again.....im very annoyed with this whole situation and feel like switching banks </p>
