Don't promise 3 to 5 working days for delivery if you wont stick to it.

3 to 5 working days for card delivery is just a lie. I ordered a Business Cheque Card on Thursday last week and they told me it'll take 3 to 5 days to be delivered. I make it a point the someone is in the building for this 5 days. Now they are telling me the card will be delivered on Friday. What? Why? I want the card today guys. I want it now.
