DONT PHONE BACK
<p>Cut off 3 times while phoning FNB forex division - Made an arrangement to get called back before 1000hrs yesterday - eventually got called by FNB at 1530hrs. Made another arrangement to get called back before 1000hrs today - now 1545hrs and still waiting suppose this is the kind of customer service we can expect from FNB !!!!!!!</p>
