Dont pay fnb or there lawyers if you owed them money cause cause they will not clear your name!!

I will complain and complain until i get my issue sorted with fnb! Fnb handed me over due to a savings acc i never used and the cause was bankcosts according to the lawyers! Guess what fnb says they have written of debt?? What debt? I never lend or had any credit with fnb !! I paid the lawyers and fnb legal told me sir we will clear your name and they have not done that since Dec 2021!! They romoved it from my profile on the fnb app but what does private wealth say........no sir its still against your name???? Please tell me how can fnb legal tell me they will remove it but its a lie???6 months later and still fnb have done nothing!! I have complained last week and guess what still no feedback or call from fnb! Pathetic service!! I am sure i will get the usual fnb sms high priority complain! Its all bull****!
