Dont open business account with FNB

FNB Business department is not doing a great job and not sure if they are testing their services using us. I am expecting funds on my new business account and they are rejected due to fica compiance documents but again I never got an email or text to upload the documents and I have uploaded them still I cannot see the status of the uploaded documents. I chat with them online and get no assistance. I have never had such bad experience from FNB it sucks!
