Don't move to FNB, stay with your bank!

I moved to FNB from Nedbank, because Nedbank's system are archaic and you have to go to the branch for most things. But even through FNB advertises best-in-class in online services, most of it doesn't work properly, so you're on the phone with them (on a super poor, laggy and broken phone system) for days ****erally), without getting anything done. Go into the branch for help because online doesn't work - they refer you back to online. My recommendation - stay with your bank and don't move to FNB. At least going to Nedbank's branches I got what I needed every time. Now I'm stuck on the phone with FNB without results.
