Dont make the same mistake made choosing fnb before you read this review from a private wealth account holder!!!!!!

This is truly horrifying, and perhaps even funny. Im an fnb private wealth fusion account holder and upon having gone to the Tygervalley located in the Western Cape, they flat out refused to assist me with a Moneygram transfer in total, I DO NOT EVEN GRASP HOW MONEYGRAM HAS NOT DISAVOWED THIS USELESS BANK WHICH HAS LITERALLY MADE MY LAST 6MONTHSAN ABSOLUTE LIVING HELL. They have 2 times in the last 6 months prevented me from having paid my rent on time, 1time because of their app verification ******* useless brainless dumb waste of time app junk, and on theend of the last month these deliberate junk banking things, decided at 20:00 to randomly do system maintenance and they just had to totally take out the pay And Clear option.Further more they have in total in the past 2 months nailed me probably 30 times at R105 each time, for failed debit orders, but this would nit have been the case if their moneygram and system allowed meto receive a couple of thousand pounds at a time, and of course after they told me their back office is on it, (they would still have gotten back to me approx 20days, and just as I have become to accept never ever actually do what they say, and they will never bother, forget, or theirfavorite thing is to start piling on the excuses, they will kill you or try and bore you with excuses), i had to go to Standard Bank, whom opened a profile for me and the irony is even abank which is not my bank, instead of have wasted my time with ******* like, sorry our systm preventsus from being able to assist you, which they told and argued with me as I was absolutely stunned as this a new level of lowness (even for the Total Useless FNB) STANDARD BANK TYGER MANOR BRANCH ASSISTED AND DUE TO ME NOT HAVING OPENED AN ACCOUNT AT LEAST GAVE ME THE CASH FOR THE MONEYGRAM IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES TIME AS I HAD TO FIRST OPEN A PROFILE. No excuses, and wow, FNB can absolutely can burn in Hell! Im done, and i hopeno one falls makes a mistake thinking Fnb is a nice bank as i can promise and even Gaurantee you that YOU WILL INEVENTLY REGRET CHOOSING FNB AT SOME POINT SOONER OR LATER, BUT DEFINITELY!!!!!!!
