Don't know their own proccesses - Left me without debit or credit cards

I went to a branch to order a new debit and credit card. I was told I had to do this via online banking. So I went home to do this. I canceled the cards online and I am only able to order a new Discovery credit card online to my own address. I was told clearly that I could select a branch from which I could connect. This is not the case. (I have taken a screenshot).

Secondly, there is no option to order a new cheque account debit card.

Now I am left without any cards after being given bad information by FNB.

What I want:

I want a new discovery credit card and a new FNB debit card and I want to collect them at an FNB branch. Should not be so difficult.

I was contacted just now by the courier company who will deliver my new credit card. They say I must provide a copy of my passport and proof of address. I am unable to provide the proof of address as I explained to the FNB consultant at the time of ordering the new card. I stressed that I must be able to collect the card from an FNB branch. Now what? It's all very well being sorry for the inconvenience, but you need to sort this out. Why must I suffer because your staff provide incorrect information.
