Dont know how to open a business account

I am relatively frustrated. If i knew it would be this difficult to open an account for a new business i would have gone somewhere else!

Did the application telephonic last week Friday, submitted all requested documents and here i sit and wait. On Monday I managed to get through to the call center for new business accounts i was informed that it could take up to 3 days but with now reason provided. Today i tried again as i have not heard any thing from FNB. Cant get through. After an hour of holding on the line listening to terrible music and we are experiencing a higher than normal call volume i hung up. Clearly i am not the only one struggling otherwise the lines would not have been that busy.

A newly registered business are prevented from start trading in a very difficult economic time because FNB cant manage to get an account open. Because FNB are holding us back we are losing opportunities. As we all know it this difficult times we must grab on every opportunity that we can get.

You have till 12;00 on 20 August 2020 to get this sorted out or i will have no option but to consider another bank.

All my businesses are with FNB, if i move 1 i will move them all.
