dont just sell accounts to companies , look at their credibility and how they will treat your clients . verbal abuse is a serious promblem

please stop selling our outstanding accounts to companies that dont have propper business ethics, i was verbally abused by samuel mahlangu from hp attorneys for asking to get clarity on my account . a lady called julia had taken over but i was very offended by the call recieved where it was him shouting at me for over 15 min just bwcuase i needed clarity , the call was ended with an insult and him hanging up

please refrain from being associated with such companies becuase millions of south africans are complaining about this company on helloperter .

i want to settle the account by today but will not take any futher verbal abuse from any companie.

im at a postition where im considering addresing this in person with samuel mahlangu , im not happy and will never stand for such.
