Don't Insure with FNB. Worst Mistake ever!

Been calling FNB Short Term Insurance since the morning regarding a burst geyser. The staff clearly don't care a dam, as they simply put you on hold forever and leave you hanging. Spike to Sandile who answered my call just now and told her this, only for her to do the same thing yet again. They have no empathy and no respect for clients airtime which runs out due to their lazy daisyness. One has to keep loading airtime because their service delivery sucks! Submitted the email quotation as per instruction and still no response!
