DONT HOLD TOUR BREATH FOR SERVICE :(

If you ever experience bad service whennit comes to a ********** matter on your account....be assured that FNB is inefficient, unhelpful and staff pass the buck to delay or waste your time.

Sadly this is the case pertaining to three fraid cases one of which they ha e not even responded to as a query in 72hours.

So the moral of the story is just handle your account as carefully as possible and know that no ibe is really there to help you at all....it makes you wonder where they came up with "How can we help you?"

I habe banked with FNB for just short of 6byears now a day the last 14months have been shocking....be warned.
