Dont go to FNB... for anything!!!
My mother was retrenched from her job and she had/has a personal loan through FNB. She has filled out all the necessary documentation informing the flippen idiots (nice word) at the Somerset East branch that she was retrenched and therefore would not be able to pay off the loan.
Not a nice thing, but she never asked to be retrenched either. 2 months later I put some money into her account (Capitec) and the ****ers at FNB debit her account like fricken vultures. Not once... but twice on the same day for the same amount!!!
How the fk do you idiots operate!!!!???? Is this how you make your money? By preying on the poor??? Disgusting.
Get your **** together!
