Dont get sick if you with FNB

I have a situation where a ********** transaction was done on my savings account this morning. I called in and was correctly told that they would cancel my cars and I could go into a bank to collect a new one. That's fine information. My problem is I have COPD stage 2 with heart failure and am confined to my home. I have tried 2 persons on the call centre and no one is prepared to assist as I asked if they could courier or send the card to me. I live in Kidds Beach 20 km out of east london. Nobody can understand I cannòt drive, I can barely walk 10 paces at a time. So my situation goes unresolved because no one can help. I just just be a victim of *****...disappointing considering the length of time I've been with the bank. I've even offered to get someone to collect it for.me. now there's a form to fill in. How?
