Don't get an OVERDRAFT with FNB.

Dear FNB

I am bringing this to your concern that as a bank are going against the National Credit Act. As I have wanted to close my overdraft. When I telephonically contacted you, I was transferred to the "right department" and then was hanged up on. I phoned again and "FNB" you stated I would have to come into a branch to cancel my overdraft. This is wrong and I am warning anyone who wants to open an overdraft with FNB as they refuse to close an overdraft. "How can we help you?", please do what your customer asks and not complicate things. I do not want to come into branch. You have stipulated how easy IT IS TO OPEN A "Selfie" ACCOUNT WITH YOU BUT YET CLOSING OPTIONAL EXTRAS IS AN ISSUE. I would like this sorted outed immediately.
