DONT GET AN FNB CONTRACT! FNB are claiming that I still owe them money, but I have proof I have paid up to date and it is still not resolved

I had an FNB sim card that I was not aware I had to pay for as I thought it was part of the FNB phone contract. FNB handed me over to Blake and associates as a poor payer without any contact regarding why I was not paying. My first call I received was from blake and associates thats when I found out I apparently needed to pay this account. I then wrote on hello peter and received a call from FNB saying we could make a payment plan through FNB not Blake. The total I had to pay was R497.46. My first payment was to FNB on the 27-10-2017 of R100. I then paid R397.46 on the 14/11/2017 only for my funds to be reversed because they handed me over to Blake even after the conversation that they would not!!! I then paid Blake R100 on the 4th December and again another R100 on the 4th of December. According to my calculations my account should now be on R197.46. I paid R100 on the 1st of Feb and then R100 on the 14th of Feb. So calculating again my accounts should now be in a credit of R2.54. When I called to confirm that my account was up to date I was told I still owe them R97.46. this was on the 14th of Feb. I argued it and sent them proof of payment and waited for them to call me back. It is now the 16th of Feb so I decided to call again only to get told I still owe them R97.46 I HAD TO TELL THEM THAT I SENT AN EMAIL DISPUTING THIS! I am now still waiting for an answer. Its funny how they will only call you when they want money but as soon as there is an account problem they dont care.

I HAVE CANCELED MY FNB SIM AND IF FNB EVER PHONE ME AGAIN TO OFFER ME ONE I WILL TELL THEM EXACTLY WHAT I THINK OF THEIR FNB SIM CARD!!!! This needs to be sorted out. my credit rating on ITC looks bad because of R497.46!! If FNB used one of their own contracts to pick up a phone and call me just to ask why I wasnt making payments this would never have gone to this point! SORT THIS OUT FNB OR YOU WILL LOSE A PREMIER BANKER!!!
