Dont get a loan through FNB

Got a loan through FNB and now there is a dispute between them and their lawyers and my transfer is not going through and im being forced to pay occupational rent because the people im having to follow up with also seem to have no idea what is going on and if feels like im being dragged from pillar to post to try figure out whats going on
