Every excuse not to pay, latest claim is that Home Affairs say my Mom's still alive, phoned the funeral director who buried my Mom to find out and she told me they wont issue a death certificate unless they received all the relevant BI documentation.

Referred it to the ombudsman, they can deal with FNB.
