Don't get a device through FNB connect, it's not worth the effort!
I would strongly suggest not signing up for any device from FNB through the connect portal. I got a Garmin watch through them and after 1 week the start / stop button stopped working and the device was useless (Not their fault obviously a factory defect). Due to the fact that I had it for 8 days and not 7 days, I couldn't just cancel the contract or get a replacement device! I then had to deal with Digital Planet, and then the Courier company to try an arrange a time for collection. the reason I ordered though FNB was for convenience!. After constantly having to follow-up, I still have not had a definitive answer from them. This is a brand new Garmin device that obviously has a factory fault. They are telling me it is going to take 10 to 14 days to access it? It has been 25 days since I first contacted them about this issue! The only time I get an update is when I email or contact them. Rather get your device through a reputable dealer and save yourself the hassle!
