Don't FNB Loan Approval System

I app**** for pension backed loan at FNB Application was rejected due to their system showing I'm still under debt review I shared clearance certificate and consolidated credit report to confirm I'm no longer under debt review They still came back to say their system shows I'm under debt review My account with them was paid off in 2015/08/02 according to PDA payment distribution statement I find it disturbing when banks ignore valid proof documents
