Don’t ever trust First National Bank FNB

Since I’ve reported them the beginning of September 2023, I’m not getting answers and they have kept my money and my kids maintenance. Please ask Lunga Bottoman their forensic investigator why he keeps on requesting my bank details and he’s not sending my money back. Please ask Lerato Mabusela why he hasn’t given me feedback regarding my case. I spoke to Mr Mahlakoana and he said you were supposed to have given me feedback.

I have submitted all the evidence twice to them, why didn’t they consider my proof of evidence. Like what your banker said she will destroy me and make sure I never get access to my accounts it’s happening. She knew all along that she has power to my account. Go to your sessions and check auditrail and see how many times she gained access into my accounts even after you closed my account.

I’m not getting any joy, I’ve referred this matter to Mr Mahlakoana whom I’m still waiting for his response. Believe you me I won’t stop until FNB resolve my case amicably and open my accounts, give me back my money.

To FNB why this treatment… This is not a process it’s called a delay tactic.
