Don't even use them it's pointless you'll end up being frustrated

FNB is like THE ANC promising service delivery. Received *** they promised to investigate and get back to me within 10working days. Dololo, nothing , niks. I advised them that I'm not willing to wait that long especially seeing that they messed up my credit rating. I complained again this time *** , promised to get back the next day. It's been 7days Nothing, niks , Dololo. I've even asked them to escalate to their Directors. Seeing that they are all useless up until this day Nada, niks Dololo nothing. Comparing FNB to ANC government you'll cry beg they just don't care. No service but always happy to take our money
