DON'T DO YOUR WILL AT FNB

My mother had a will with FNB, what a nightmare. We started the process in January 2023 and submitted all that was requested. Today I received a response saying the executor resigned and they are in the process of obtaining a new letter of executorship. Really FNB. This is absolutely ridiculous. My mother's estate doesn't even have much so, I really don't get why it must take over a year to finalize it. I'm so drained, everytime I follow up there is always some story which makes FNB look ***********.
