Dont do bussiness with fnb

Bussiness department. This is the most unprofessional service that i have received in my life. I have made numerous calls to this department and they keep on sending me to different place or dropping my call. And as soon as i speak to a agent the response i receive , is that they have sent an email and someone will contact me. This has been going on for 3 weeks now.
