Fnb is the most useless bank in South Africa.

Phoned in regards with a reversal on my account. A week later my money is still not into my account. They said it will be in by 3-5 working days. I phoned today and know all of a sudden its 13-15 days. I said I will close my account and the consultant says to me. Thank you.
