Dont care attitude towards customers

am extremely disappointed with my recent experience regarding a failed e-wallet withdrawal due to technical issues. Despite assurances from your representative—on a recorded line—that the funds would be paid, this never happened. To make matters worse, a team leader later contacted me with a dismissive attitude, showing no concern for my frustration.

I have incurred additional costs running back and forth with taxis, only to be left without a resolution. It is clear that my calls were not properly reviewed, and the service I received was unacceptable. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and reimbur*****t for my incurred expenses.

Please address this matter urgently.
