Don't care about their clients

My mother's purse was recently ****** out of her handbag in a shop, it was a Friday afternoon and she was driving to Johannesburg the next day as she was on her way to visit my brother in New Zealand. She called FNB as soon as she discovered her missing purse, they person on the phone was not helpful at all, so she drove to a branch who assisted.

Long story short, R5000 was drawn out of her account, way over her credit limit.

The bank is refusing to pay her money back, as according to them, her pin number was written on her card (it wasn't).

We would also love to know how the ***** managed to draw so much money, over her credit limit. I thought banks put credit limit's in place to protect their clients, which is clearly not the case.

Super disappointed.
