Dont care about people that are not their clients

These guys from FNB dont seem to care about people that are not their clients.

My bank has been trying to get a response from you regarding a chargeback that was never received from you. But no one at FNB is getting back to them.

You don't seem to care about how you affect other peoples lives clearly.
