Don't buy prepaid electricity through FNB! Shocking fees and service.

My husband purchased electricity from the FNB App this morning and it has charged him a R200 service fee! This is ridiculous. He's tried calling them to assist and the first woman didn't know anything about prepaid electricity and transferred him to someone else who tried to help but it was the wrong department so she didn't have access to anything in order to assist. He's now waiting to speak to a 3rd person about this. The service and charges from FNB are shocking and pathetic!
