Dont buy from FNB

Dont buy a printer from FNB connect they are useless!!!! I bough a Epson printer from them and out of the box the machine was faulty. I had to phone Epson warranty on my time to organise the inspection as FNB was not willing to do anything from there end. After Epson warranty department confirmed the device to be faulty I had to organise to return the printer back to FNB but then they refused to provide me with a replacement unit and then proceded to send the unit for further inspection because apparently the word and replacement number of Epson is not good enough. It has now been 3 weeks and I have been paying for a printer that I dont have and FNB refuses to provide me with a new one or even cancel the item I bought from them so now here I am paying FNB for something I dont have with no feedback from them in the last 3 weeks. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: A whole week later and still no update from FNB, like I said dont use FNB connect!!!!!!
