Don't buy from ebucks

Had a problem with a ebucks purchase on the 27th of November. ebucks deducted the money but never completed the purchase FNB promised to refund Till today nothing has happened, Had to go to the bank again for the 4th time today and again a promise of refund was given 10 to 14 days Why does it take so long this is not acceptable !!!!
