Don't bother with FNB

I have lost over R2000 due to ********** activity on my account, and the only thing that FNB has done about it was cancel my card, which did absolutely nothing to stop the transactions from going through. The self-help chat is useless, the supposed inquiry has provided no feedback and I still don't know how to stop these transactions from happening. Yet they still take their money for "banking fees".
